Letter: Tips for Teaching Health Awareness

I have started a new job as an Americorps Promise Fellow at the local Community Health Center. My mandate is to help get non-native English speaking children signed up for insurance. I am hoping to expand this to include teaching and informing parents and other adults about health and medical care. I know health literacy is a big concern now and I want to get my 'charges' up and running. Any information you could provide would
be greatly appreciated.
