Ellis Senior Mastery is designed for advanced students. It aids both test preparation, such as the TOEFL and TOEIC, and enables students to achieve English fluency.

It contains 47 lessons with over 350 hours of available instruction. With such an extensive reservoir of resources, the program is comprehensive.

To safeguard this quality software package investment, there are registration keys and other security precautions that make the installation of the program a little time consuming.

After using the program, however, I understand why CALI wants to protect its investment from software piracy. It includes modules for vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, grammar, reading, culture, listening comprehension, and pronunciation.

My favorite aspect was the variety of computer-based games and activities that reinforced the instructional goals.

Overall, my impression is that this is challenging and interesting material for advanced ESL students. There is plenty of practice and reinforcement from the multiple activities in all sections. This package comes at a hefty price but certainly delivers quality and comprehensive material.
