New Dictionary Preserves Rare Indigenous language Umpithamu of Cape York, Australia

Jean-Christophe Verstraete, a professor of linguistics at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, worked closely with two sisters who were the last speakers of Umpithamu to create a new dictionary.
